Make sure to save your dimensions though, because changing it will cause it to reset to 10000 on each, but you can easily change it back, or use the preset sizes. To make it a lot easier on yourself, change the option from Centimeters to Pixels.
Originally, the size always went by Pixels, rather than Centimeters or Percentage. If you need to, though, you can use those preset sizes as a reference to how big you need your canvas. Those are just preset sizes in case you can't think of a good size. You can change that if you want, but if you need to change it during drawing, you can always change the size again. I always keep my preset image size to 1200x1600.
